These Things We Share
My Story
Sharing is a lifelong process of tug and pull and surrender. And it's been one of my life's most humbling and yet rewarding pursuits. As a child growing up in a troubled home sharing was what we did to survive. As a friend it has become a discipline of learning to yield my time and my heart to the needs of others. As a mother it's been the privilege of sacrificing all I have for the two amazing people who call me "Mom." As a grandmother it's been delightfully simple. But as a wife it was the persistence of undying love that fought and forgave until two hearts learned to beat as one. Then, after fifty four years of marriage the other half of my heart stopped beating. Still, the love we have for each other remains as eternal as the hope of Heaven.
"And now, dear brothers and sisters, we want you to know what will happen to the believers who have died so you will not grieve like people who have no hope"
